OCTOBER UPDATE

I have almost finished a year of art journalling and I have a lot of thoughts about the practice and how it has helped me survive lockdowns and isolations. At the end of the year I will be sharing a little video of the entire years worth of journalling but this is a quick update to share some of Octobers pages.

Octobers journal pages were created in the midst of a second isolation period, halloween, dios de  los muertos, and some very challenging life stuff!
