WHAT ARE SOUL MANTRAS?

In a world full of noise, sometimes all we need is a whisper—a reminder of what matters most. That’s the magic of a LilliBean Soul Mantra.

The Soul Mantra Collection by LilliBean Designs is a series of small original artworks and creations that carry powerful, uplifting mantras to inspire and guide you.

Each piece in this collection is infused with positive energy, designed to resonate with your heart and soul. From mixed media paintings to divinely inspired affirmations, the Soul Mantra Collection encourages self-love, inner strength, and the power of positive thinking. These pieces are perfect for those seeking a daily reminder of their own unique magic.

I created Soul Mantras as I wanted a tangible, visible daily reminder of my desire to be more mindful of gratitude – I had originally thought that each mantra would have something I was grateful for written on them, but after a dream about making soul mantras, I shifted my focus from gratitude to mantra that was divinely guided by the universe.

And I quickly realised that my soul mantras were desperately needed by my community, they reminded people of their worth, they spread joy and quickly became an anchor to peoples daily rituals.

THE RITUAL OF CREATION.

THE RITUAL of making the Soul Mantras was one that quickly became a sacred practice for me.

What began as a creative spark of trying to embody gratitude, became an act of listening, layering, and letting the universe speak through paint, collage, and whispered words.

Once I finished the painting, I would light a candle and ask the universe for guidence, to find the mantra that needed to be heard by me, by you or whoever needed it most.

What I love most about the Soul Mantra collection is how everyone uses them differently. I’ve been told that they have:

• A Soul Mantra on their desk at work as a daily reminder
• Added one to their alter or sacred spaces
• Gifted them to friends who have needed love or encouragment
• Used them as journal prompts or a daily affirmation
• Pinned it to their vision board, added a magnet for their fridge or have used a little blue tack and placed one on their mirror.

There is so much power in these tiny original artworks.

The two Soul Mantras that I have kept from the collection say: “I’m committed to my dreams” and “I call in connection, courage and balance.”

The first one is a reminder that my dreams are achievable if I continue to prioritise them, and keep working on them. The second is one that refers to my core values of connection, courage and the ever elusive balance!

I adore the Soul Mantra collections!
