WHAT IS A LILLIBEAN CHRISTMAS PLANNER?

Christmas is a chaotic and stressful time of year.

There is so much going on in my head – there are parties to attend or plan, gifts to order, dance and school concerts, food to organise, cards to post, travel to arrange, family to connect with, pets to take care of and money to save and then to spend.

During this time of year, I found myself being so caught up in what Christmas ‘should be’ and not what I wanted to experience.

Looking back on some of my Christmases past, all I remember is a blur of stress and anxiety. No joy. No pleasure. No self-care. So that year, I decided to change how our Christmases played out and set about making my very own planner that was a download of my busy brain, as well as some very important questions I had to ask myself about how I wanted to feel and what I needed to experience.

And thus the LilliBean Christmas Planner was born.

HOW DO YOU USE THIS PLANNER?

The planner is very easy to use. Once purchased your planner, click on the download button (if it doesn’t automatically download. It will be downloaded as a ZIP file, so uncompress it first, then print the PDF or import it into your app of choice. 

The planner has been designed intentionally in black and white so that you can add colour or decorate it as you please to give it your special touch.

Fill it in. And most importantly, refer to your planner during December and know that you have this all sorted.

It starts with a little bit of reflection and journaling to figure out what kind of festive season you wish to enjoy. Then you dig into the practical side – budgets and menus. And finally, add some whimsical touches to your Christmas and organise an advent, gifts or a party!
