
Life, at the moment, feels chaotic, loud and full on.
And in these moments of busyness, it is easy to forget the practices and rituals that keep you grounded. That has kept me grounded.
Rituals like my morning journal dump, the walk I take after dropping the kids off at school, and my weekend nana naps in the afternoon winter sun.
Sometimes I just need a quick practice to remind me to be intentional, to be present and to be grounded.
That’s why the LilliBean Designs Soul Mantra Decks are so perfect. Not only were they designed with intention, but each card is a mini artwork in itself, carrying messages of love, courage, worthiness or clarity.
Since creating the Soul Mantra decks, I have been so blessed to hear how some of my customers have used their cards. One would add a card to their own customer’s orders, intentionally choosing a card they felt fit the order or the client. One added a card with gifts and letters to her friends and family, another pulled a card before her yoga practice.

I love hearing how everyone has used their cards, and how you incorporate them into your life will be totally unique to you, but here are five more powerful, yet simple, ways to use them every day.
1. START YOUR MORNING WITH INTENTION AND CLARITY.
- Pull a card while waiting for the morning cuppa to brew – before you begin the morning doom scroll of socials, emails and messages.
- Let your card set the tone for your day – say it out loud during your work day, carry the card in your pocket or put it somewhere you’ll see it.
- BONUS: Journal about the card you pulled, its message and how you want it to show up in your life today.
2. Create a Sacred Space FOR YOUR CARDS AND OTHER SOULFUL REMINDERS
- Tuck a card into your mirror, bookshelf, notice board, your computer or altar — somewhere you’ll see it often.
- Through out the day when your card catches your eye, spend a moment reflecting on the cards message.
- BONUS: Do a quick mediation, grounding or gratitude practice focusing on the card you pulled that day.
3: Use as Gentle Anchors in BUSY Moments
- Keep a few cards on your desk, near the couch, or in the kitchen.
- When you’re feeling off-centre or scattered, pull a card and let the words guide you back to yourself.
- BONUS: Write the mantra on your arm to check in throughout the day.
4: Create a Weekly Ritual
- Choose a card on Sunday night or Monday morning.
- Display it on the fridge, desk, bathroom, bookshelf and let it shape your mood or focus for the week.
- BONUS: Choose a card together with your family and talk about the cards message, or how you embodied it over dinner.

5. End the Day with Reflection AND Compassion
- With intention pull a card before bed to close your day.
- Reflect on the message: Did it show up today? What did I learn or feel? How can I embody this card tomorrow?
- Drift off to sleep with these thoughts and intentions front of mind.
- BONUS: Add a small gratitude practice to your evening ritual, listing in your mind three things you were grateful for that day.
